12th Annual Green Wave Golf Tournament a Success!!

The “Green Wave” Association held its 13th Annual Golf Tournament on May 25, 2008. Thanks to the hard work and support of many, the event was a huge success. The shotgun-style tournament was again held at Mountain Valley Golf Course and the weather was beautiful.

Alumni and friends of Nativity, as always, showed their loyal support with an overwhelming turnout. After a great round of golf, a picnic was held on the Mountain Valley Deck. Guests were treated with food, refreshments, prizes and music - provided by DJ Joe Devine.

The mission of The “Green Wave” Association is to help defray the increasing costs involved in maintaining the Green Wave Track and Football programs. The proceeds from the golf tournament go directly to supporting these programs.

We, The “Green Wave” Association, extend our sincere gratitude to all of the sponsors, golfers, volunteers and student athletes who’s contributions not only made the 13th Annual Green Wave Tournament possible, but also made it such a resounding success.

It is through the kind contributions and support of so many individuals and businesses that keep our annual golf tournaments so successful. Your support enables us to purchase much needed team equipment and supplies - as all proceeds directly benefit the Nativity Football and Track & Field Teams.

Once again, thank you for your continued support. Your generosity is truly valued and very much appreciated. Looking forward to seeing you next year, during the Memorial Day Weekend….on the deck at Mountain Valley!
